Report:Time to fix the garage

There will be an open house at Thoreau Farm on Sunday, July 13 from 2 until 4  p.m. in honor of Henry David Thoreau’s birthday.

The Workingman’s Jazz Band will perform a Summer Concert on Thursday July 17 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Maynard Public Library, 77 Nason St., Maynard.

A Friend in Need is a small local volunteer organization dedicated to offering one-time financial help to people with significant and compelling financial need in the Acton-Boxborough-Maynard area.

At least one Stow resident believes the lights on Marble Hill are needed to make the airfield safer.
